Sports Physicals:  Sports physicals are required of all students wishing to participate in athletics for St. Joseph School.  Grades eligible to participate vary depending on class sizes.  This year, it is possible that students in grades 5 – 8 may participate in volleyball and basketball.  Therefore, it would be wise to schedule a sports physical as soon as possible if your student wants to compete this year.  Forms are available in the school office or by clicking here.

Concussion Information:  Prior to the start of any athletics-team season or competitive singular event and at least annually thereafter, we are duty-bound to provide each student athlete and his or her parent(s) or guardian with information about concussions and brain injuries, including signs and symptoms of a concussion, risks posed by sustaining a concussion, actions a student athlete should take in response to sustaining a concussion, and return-to-play/participation conditions.  This information will be provided in your registration packet and at the first practice of each season for each sport.  You will be required to sign a form verifying the receipt of this information and this form will need to be turned in to the office before you may participate in practice.
